Shipping & Delivery
Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) use Fastway couriers for delivery nationwide.
In order for our couriers to successfully and promptly deliver an order, customers must be available to receive and sign for that order. Couriers will not leave a package unattended at a door, the driver must obtain a signature and printed name to complete the delivery. The Couriers will not guarantee a window of delivery; they can delivery anytime during a business day. Delivery will usually take place the day after you receive a dispatch email from our warehouse, but in some cases it will be the second day after receipt of the email. The couriers are supplied with a customer contact number; however, it is not their policy to call a customer before they attempt delivery. The number is supplied for the courier ’s convenience, and for them to use should they have a problem.
Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) only deliver throughout Ireland (North and South).
The Delivery costs below include VAT and are calculated from the time payment is processed.
Please note that orders are delivered only on working days i.e no deliveries are made on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays/Public Holidays.

Collections
A customer can select to collect the order from our farm shop. An email notification will be issued when the order is ready for collection.
Customers should not attempt collection until they have received the collection notification.
Your order can be collected anytime between 9 in the morning and 6 in the evening, Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
Please remember to wait for your collection email.
Privacy & Security
When you register with Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) we require an email address and contact information.
This is required for communications regarding your order or other requests, promotions and other information which you have requested from us.
All personal information is protected by local and national data protection and privacy laws.
By disclosing your personal information and using Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) web systems, you consent to the collection, storage, disclosure, processing, use and transfer of your personal information where necessary and if required by Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie), our data processors, our payment processors, financial institutions or fraud-risk management authorities.
We will also use the information you provide for the following purposes:
1. To send updates regarding the status of your orders
2. To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions which you have requested
3. To improve the content, design and layout of our website and to facilitate knowledge management
4. To understand the interests and buying behaviour of our registered users
5. To contact you in case of difficulty arising from delivery (i.e. remote areas in the country)
We will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties – period. Caveat: We will disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.

Returns & Refunds
You must examine the Products immediately upon receipt of them and notify Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) promptly of any mis-delivery.
If you are unhappy with the merchandise you receive, we ask that you notify us by email, fax or telephone – as available on our contact page – within 48 hours. We make every effort to ensure that all orders and stock are in perfect condition when leaving our warehouse, and that the orders and stock are packed in a way that protects the product from damage in transit.
Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) is not responsible for non-performance or loss of bulbs because improperly stored, planted to high or too deep, under or over-watered or otherwise injured from the use of pesticide or fertilizer or any growing conditions beyond our control.
Any liability of Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) for non-delivery of, or delivery of damaged or incorrect, Products is limited, at Beechill Bulbs (bulbs.ie) discretion, to:
(a) delivering or replacing the relevant Products within a reasonable time;
(b) issuing a refund or reduction in price, as appropriate.
If you place an order for an item that is not shown as out of stock but in fact is, you will be issued a full refund.
